Yield Search Group was built at the intersection of two worlds most recruiting firms never touch at the same time: food manufacturing operations and technical executive search.

Our founder helped grow a wholesale protein distribution business from cold calls and relationship capital — selling commodity beef, chicken, pork, and seafood to food production plants, processors, and distributors. That work meant living inside the language of yield, trim loss, throughput, USDA compliance, and what happens to a plant when the right production manager walks out the door.

Before that, years in senior technical recruiting at one of New York's most respected search firms — placing executive talent at PE-backed companies, fintech startups, and financial services firms. That's where the discipline of search was built: how to source, how to qualify, how to close, and how to build a process that doesn't rely on luck.
